A discussion of your health goals - where do you want to be?
A thorough case history, where I listen to your story and ask you LOTS of questions about your health over your lifetime
An explanation of lab results you may have
An understanding of how your symptoms relate to your overall health status and behaviours
Emailed within 48 hours: a detailed outline of the concepts we discussed, plus recommendations for dietary choices, nutritional supplements, herbal medicines and lifestyle habits, as appropriate for you
What to expect
In addition, I can provide:
Standard and functional testing - at wholesale practitioner cost! This includes blood tests as well as comprehensive stool, urine and hair tests.
I can source the majority of the supplements I recommend for you, for less than retail price - delivered to your door!

60 minutes.
For first-time clients.

Follow-up consultation $150
45 minutes.
For returning clients only.

3-pack bundle $350
3 sessions x 45 minutes each.
For returning clients who would like ongoing support at a discounted rate.

Acute care consultation $50
20 minutes.
For previous clients who would like assistance with an acute concern eg. cold/flu, sleep, period of stress.
